Welcome to Pornganized. By using our service, you agree to these terms. We wrote this in plain English. No lawyer-speak. Here's what you need to know:

1. What You Can Do

• ✅ Use the free version forever. No credit card required. We mean it.
• ✅ Organize unlimited videos on your PC (free tier)
• ✅ Upload videos to cloud storage (premium tier only)
• ✅ Use it for personal video organization
• ✅ Cancel premium anytime. No questions asked. Instant refund if within 30 days.

2. What You Can't Do

• ❌ Use it for illegal content (we'll terminate your account immediately)
• ❌ Share your account with 100 people (1 account = 1 person)
• ❌ Try to hack or break the service
• ❌ Resell our service as your own
• ❌ Upload viruses or malware

3. Your Content Is Yours

Free Tier: Your videos stay on your PC. We never see them. You own them. We have zero access.

Premium Tier: Videos you upload to cloud are still yours. You own them. We store them (encrypted). You can delete them anytime. When you delete your account, all cloud videos are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

4. Free Forever Means Forever

We promise the free tier will always be free. We won't:

• ❌ Suddenly make it paid
• ❌ Add a video limit later
• ❌ Lock features behind a paywall
• ❌ Force you to upgrade

If we ever change this, we'll give you 90 days notice and let you export all your data first.

5. Premium Subscription Rules

• Monthly billing: $9.99/month. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly billing: $99.99/year. Cancel anytime. Pro-rated refunds if you cancel early.
• 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
• If we raise prices, your rate stays locked for 1 year.

6. What Happens If Something Breaks

We test everything. But software has bugs. Here's what we promise:

• Free tier: We'll fix bugs ASAP. No SLA, but we usually fix critical bugs within 48 hours.
• Premium tier: Priority support. Critical bugs fixed within 24 hours. Full refund if we can't fix it.

Backup your videos. We're not responsible if your hard drive fails. Free tier is local storage = your responsibility to backup. Premium tier cloud storage = we back it up, but you should too.

7. Termination

You can quit anytime: Delete your account. All data deleted within 30 days. Cloud videos deleted within 24 hours.

We can terminate you if: You use it for illegal content. You try to hack us. You violate these terms. We'll give you 7 days notice (unless it's illegal content - then it's immediate).

8. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms. If we make major changes, we'll email you 30 days before. If you don't like the changes, you can cancel and export your data.

Limitation of Liability: We're not liable for damages beyond what you paid us. If you're on the free tier, that's $0. Sorry, lawyers made us write this.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by [Your State/Country] law. Disputes resolved through arbitration, not class action lawsuits.

Warranty Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it'll work perfectly 100% of the time. But we promise to fix it fast when it breaks.
